Management Trainee Placement
You know what it’s like - people keep asking what you’re going to do after university, and you’re just not sure what to say. At Enterprise we don’t expect you to have your life planned out just yet. You might have an idea of the sort of career you want to go into. Then again, you might not have a clue which path to choose. One thing’s for sure, over the next few years you’ll have some pretty big decisions to make. So we thought we’d help you out.
Our Internship programme is open to first and second year university students, and basically gives you the opportunity to try us on for size. You get to see how you like working with us and gain some valuable experience that will take pride of place on your CV. All that, and not a scary career decision in sight. And it works both ways. So we’ll be looking at whether we think you’re right for us too. And if you impress us, then there’s a good chance you could become a permanent fixture with us once you graduate.
Taking on the same responsibilities as our management trainees, you’ll get hands-on experience from your very first day. And that doesn’t mean becoming an expert on coffee making and photocopying. Instead you’ll be learning about sales, marketing, customer service, business management and admin support. You’ll have the chance to showcase your talents and really come alive. And since you’ll be facing the same challenges as your colleagues, we think it’s only fair that you get to enjoy the same benefits too.
