Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Please read through these Terms & Conditions before you enter the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Prize Draw.

The promoter = Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK, Delta Way, Egham, Surrey, UK, TW20 8RX.

This Prize Draw is only open to residents in Germany, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

  1. Enterprise Rent-A-Car reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
  2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  3. No purchase necessary. Should you wish to enter this Prize Draw please complete the Enterpise Rent-A-Car Prize Draw online form.
  4. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received. The draw will take place on the 1st April 2006.
  5. The winner will be notified by the 1st April 2006. If prizes are unclaimed or declined, supplementary winners may be drawn at Enterprise Rent-A-Car's discretion and notified by telephone and/or email.
  6. Enterprise Rent-A-Car reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
  7. The prize is non transferable.
  8. Enterprise Rent-A-Car accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed entries. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrectly completed entries.
  9. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. This promotion is governed by English Law.
