You no longer have to move to a large city to take part in an exciting graduate training scheme, as there could well be one in your hometown.
Britain and Ireland
In the UK, the first Enterprise office opened in Reading in 1994. There are now over 325 offices throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, employing over 3,600 people. In Ireland, the first office opened in Dublin in 1997, and this number has now increased to over 25.
Germany
Enterprise opened its first German office in Mönchengladbach in 1997, and now operates in over 150 different locations. According to Enterprise German pioneer, Jack Cope:
"It's a lot of fun taking something from nothing and making it big, and I'm on my way to making that happen. A few years ago, Enterprise was unknown here in Germany. Today, thanks to the efforts of our motivated German workforce, the Enterprise mission, philosophy and culture are catching on."

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Germany
USA
So, this is where it all started in 1957, and Enterprise is now the largest car rental company in North America and arguably the world. 90% of the American population lives within 15 miles of one of our branches and we buy more new cars in the U.S. than any other company or organisation.

Canada
In 1993 a Texan named Jacques Juneau crossed the Detroit River and opened the first Enterprise office outside the United States, in Windsor, Ontario. This number has now increased to 295 offices across Canada.
