Available positions questions

What types of roles are you recruiting for?

We’re looking for Management Trainees to join our Management Training Scheme. As a Management Trainee, you’ll be involved in everything from sales and marketing to customer service and finance.

However, you probably won’t be staying as a Management Trainee for long. We believe in promoting almost exclusively from within. In fact, nearly all of our current senior management team began their careers with us as Management Trainees.

Typically our Trainees get promoted at least once within the first year, sometimes more. And many double their salaries when they become Branch Managers. Other perks you’ll enjoy as a Branch Manager include salaried pay, bonuses, and company car privileges.

Management training scheme questions

What exactly does the Management Training Scheme involve?

When you join us as a Management Trainee, you’ll start off by taking part in a classroom-based orientation session, before being assigned to a branch office for some hands-on business training. This will include management skills, finance, marketing, operations, sales, and customer service. And it will give you the kind of business knowledge you'd usually only to be able to get from an MBA. Within a year you could be promoted to Assistant Manager. From then on, you'll also receive a percentage of the profits generated by your branch, which means you could be doubling or tripling your salary within just a few years.
