Our selection process
Picking the right people for Enterprise isn’t just about getting bums on seats. We’re building a team of future business leaders, so we take great care in our selection process to find them. It’s not all about us either. We want you to have the chance to find out what we’re all about, and see if it’s right for you.
- Application form
The first step is our online application process, which takes about 30 minutes to complete. As well as telling us lots about you, it helps us identify the kind of competencies that we’re looking for.
- Meet a recruiter
If your application’s a successful one, you’ll hear from one of our recruiters. They’ll arrange to meet with you in person and tell you more about working at Enterprise.
- Visit a branch
To help you get under our skin a little more, we’ll invite you to visit one of our branches. It’s a great chance to meet some of our people and have an interview with the Branch Manager.
- Selection day
Finally, you will be invited to one of our selection days. This really is your chance to shine. During the day you’ll tackle a number of exercises designed around life at Enterprise. Don’t worry – it’s not too formal and most of our applicants agree it’s a great way to try out the job.
It's a pretty packed schedule, but if you're successful there'll be a job offer at the end of it.
Tips to help you prepare
- Do your research about Enterprise. It helps show us that you're really interested in us.
- Think about your past experiences and what you'll talk about when we meet you. We'll be interested to know about what you've done that you're proud of and what you've learnt from any mistakes.
- Finally, be yourself! We know it's not easy to act natural when you're going for a job, but at the end of the day, there's no point in trying to be someone you're not.
