Sie starten als Management-Trainee und werden einer Filiale zugeteilt, um alles über unser Geschäft zu lernen. In nur acht bis zwölf Monaten machen wir Sie zum Management-Assistant, und dann winkt Ihre Beförderung zum stellvertretenden Filialleiter. Von da an erhalten Sie eine Provision auf die in Ihrem Bereich erwirtschafteten Gewinne – Sie können also Ihr Einkommen innerhalb nur weniger Jahre entscheidend verbessern.

Regardless of your degree subject or professional experience, nearly 100% of our full-time employees start out in our Management Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.
As an International Management Trainee, you will have the exciting opportunity to live, interact, and join one of our branches in either the US, UK, or Ireland, and in as little as 18 months, you will return to Germany to continue learning the business skills to run it yourself.
