International Management Trainee: United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States

Regardless of your degree subject or professional experience, nearly 100% of our full-time employees start out in our Management Training Program. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.
As an International Management Trainee, you'll have the exciting opportunity to live, interact, and join one of our branches in either the US, UK, or Ireland, and in as little as 18 months, you'll return to Germany to continue learning the business skills and climbing up the ladder based on your performance.
After your successful, company-sponsored relocation to the US, UK, or Ireland, you will immediately meet your new team, who will introduce you to your new 'home away from home' and assist with the important details of housing, transportation, banking, and of course, where to shop. Once transitioned, and after an initial classroom-based orientation session, you'll be assigned to a branch office for the hands-on business training. This includes management skills, sales, customer service, and controlling, giving you the kind of business knowledge you'd usually get from an MBA.
During your first year, you will actively participate in everything from sales and marketing and customer service to operations and controlling. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion of these tests and evaluations will result in rewards, pay increases and the opportunity for continued promotions.
As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. You can choose, as most people do, to continue your rewarding ascent within on our Rental Operations managerial track, both in your international country and once returned to Germany, and in as little as two years, you could be Branch Manager, in charge of your own team and your own profits. Once back in Germany you can explore one of many other exciting options including Human Resources, Accounting, Corporate and National Marketing and more. Responsibilities
As an International Management Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships both in your international country and once back in Germany. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, managing your branch's profit and loss statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You will also learn how to deliver superior customer service. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers. In your development to become a successful manager at Enterprise, you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.
Qualifications
We're looking for people who are passionate, hard working, and seek the thrill of living and working abroad to gain the necessary business skills to bring back to their home group in Germany. We require fluent German and English language skills. We prefer experience in sales, customer service and management, with an emphasis on leadership and communication.

We prefer a degree; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
Salary/Pay Range
We offer a competitive compensation package based on the local market and country assigned, as well as, a relocation package to your new assignment abroad.
