Hi Nadine, we've heard you can give us the low-down on the International Management Training Programme.

Of course, no problem. Well, the programme has been phenomenal. There's been fantastic training on the job, I've seen how the whole Enterprise business works and been offered the opportunity to gain promotions. I've experienced the Enterprise culture in America first-hand and got to learn a different language. I've really learnt a huge amount since being with the company and I've got lots of knowledge to take back to Germany.

If I think back to when I first joined the company, I can see I've changed a lot. I started in Cleveland as someone who didn't speak English on a daily basis and didn't know anything about cars. But with my own motivation and the support of others around the business, I've learned to make my own business decisions, lead a team and deal with all types of people. And I've even received the all-star award, which has been great because it recognises all the hard-work I've put in.

I really can't believe how far I've come. After starting the traineeship I was promoted to an Assistant Manager within nine months. Back in Germany, a couple months later, I got promoted to Branch Manager, and got the chance to build new business, creating good opportunities for my employees in the process. And now I'm responsible for my own business in the largest rental branch in Hamburg. There's a great atmosphere in my branch, and I enjoy building relationships with customers. When I think about the future, it's definitely with Enterprise.
