So Melanie, tell us your Enterprise story.
Well, I'd wanted to be a Marketing Manager for as long as I can remember, and I was studying for my Marketing degree when I first encountered Enterprise. I used to rent from them all the time while I was studying in North Carolina. They do some great deals, which I really appreciated when I was a student. I was waiting for my car one time and I got chatting to a member of staff. They asked me what I was studying at university. I told them and they asked me whether I'd considered Enterprise's graduate programme. I was told that Enterprise would teach me everything I'd need to know about running a business, not just the marketing side of things. I thought about it and decided that this sounded like a pretty good idea.
I'm glad I decided to join Enterprise. I've learnt so much by starting my training in America, and I love it here. Seriously, I can't wait to get up in the morning. You'd be amazed at how much energy you find you have once you discover something that you enjoy doing.
I'm so thankful to Enterprise. If it were not for their friendly staff and amazing corporate values, I probably wouldn't be working here today. Think about it, it could have all been so different. I could have ended up in a job that I hated, with no encouragement and no prospects. Instead, I'm being given the opportunity to realise my potential and meet some great people along the way.
