Hi Russell, you're obviously a young man in a hurry - so do you reckon Enterprise can satisfy your desire to get on?
You bet. This company is red hot and I personally feel like the only way is up. I work in the leasing department, dealing with major corporate clients who want to lease vehicles from us. Requests come in thick and fast via email and faxes. And I have to handle them at the double.
I also sit on the Diversity/Career and Family Focus Group and get to actively contribute to the way this company meets employees needs to balance career and personal life commitments.
But although we all work our socks off, this is no sweatshop, and your efforts won't go unnoticed. If you deliver the goods you get taken out for nights on the town, and what's more, you have a really good chance of being promoted.
