Hello there Marjorie, would you say that Enterprise is a stimulating place to work?

Well, one thing's for sure, you're never going to be bored. I'm responsible for a team of twelve people and we get an average of about 1,200 calls a day. It certainly gets the adrenaline pumping, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I carry out reviews every 90 days so I can make sure everyone's making the most of their skills and I also sit down with my team once a month to talk through any issues that might be bothering them. And I listen in to phone calls on a regular basis so that I can give extra training to whoever needs it.

As for benefits, this is a fantastic place to work - under its 'dress for success' scheme, the company actually lends new employees £300 to go out and get a new wardrobe but they only pay £250 back.
