So Claire, what made you decide that a career with Enterprise was for you?

Originally, I wanted to join the forces. Me. Can you believe it? But thinking about it, I don’t think I would have got on in such a regimented environment. In fact, one of the things that first attracted me to Enterprise was the flexibility my role afforded me.

I soon found out that a flexible working environment isn’t the only thing that Enterprise has to offer. Their development opportunities are pretty good too. I know that if I put in the hard work, my efforts will be rewarded with another opportunity to prove myself.

It can be a steep learning curve, but it’s nice to know that I’ve got a supportive team behind me. They’re always happy to offer support and guidance. And if I ever find myself wondering what to do in work situation, I only have to look to the company for inspiration. I make sure that the customer always comes first.

Eventually, I hope to become a Manager and I know that if I continue to put the work in, there will be nothing to stop me. My Manager is always on hand to offer advice and she’s always putting me forward for internal vacancies that will enhance my career.
